Terms of Service
Effective 16 June 2026
SalesHose (“the Service”) is operated by Dutchcode B.V. (“Dutchcode”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email support@dutchcode.com.
1. The Service
SalesHose lets you build conversational forms, collect and score responses, and route leads. We may add, change or remove features over time as the product develops.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your workspace key and credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; collect personal data you have no right to collect; send spam or gather data deceptively; upload malware; or probe, overload or disrupt the Service or other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content and respondent data
You own the forms you create and the responses you collect (“Your Data”). You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and process Your Data to run the Service. You are the controller of the personal data you collect from respondents and Dutchcode acts as your processor — see the Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep SalesHose fast and available, but the Service is provided “as is”, without an uptime guarantee on free plans. We may carry out maintenance and will try to limit any disruption.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to Dutchcode. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dutchcode is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination we will delete or return Your Data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention duties.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Dutchcode is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
